To inherit and promote excellent Chinese traditional culture, School of International Education held a special celebration on September 13th, celebrating the occasion with foreign teachers, international students as well as all the faculty members from School of International Education and International Cooperation and Exchange Department.
At the beginning of the celebration,Wang Wei, Dean of School of International Education,extended a warm welcome to all the guests and expressed his hope that teachers and students would fully understand, love and contribute to the inheritance and promotion of traditional Chinese culture, thereby enhancing cultural exchanges between China and other nations.
The celebration also invited a special guest, Professor Nian Xiaoluan from School of Digital Creation and Design to introduce Chinese calligraphy to the attendees. Professor Nian encouraged everyone to learn about Chinese traditional culture and its rich history. Then, every participant eagerly practiced and showed their calligraphy creations,sharing their insights and experiences in mastering this ancient art form.
In recent years, School of International Education has organized a variety of activities and cultural courses centered around Chinese festivals, leading both Chinese and foreign teachers and students in their journey of understanding and storytelling of traditional Chinese culture.
